Accommodation
All accommodation is within walking distance from the conference venue. Transport will be available to those who would like the option. Accommodation venues will be allocated to delegates by the local organizing committee (LOC). Grahamstown is a small town and various accommodation sites have been booked for the conference. Delegates who would want to stay together should indicate this request on the registration form. The LOC will try to accommodate this request but cannot guarantee to honor the request. The LOC will provide the names of the accommodation venues to delegates as soon as possible
Excursions
Delegates interested in any of the listed excursions should indicate it on the registration form with a date that is convenient to them. The LOC will use this information to determine the number of people interested in a specific excursion and the dates before confirming whether it will take place or not. This will be confirmed before or during the Conference.
